Data we process
When you create an account, Firebase processes identity data such as your email, name, and account identifier. You may also save profile details, delivery addresses, favorites, program progress, and order references.
Rehabilitation and AI Coach
Depending on the features you use, the app may store exercise progress, entitlements, points, AI Coach usage, and chat history. The website does not diagnose medical conditions.
Shop and orders
The Eilaji shop stores contact and delivery information, order items, payment method, and status. We do not store full card numbers; payment is processed by the enabled payment providers.
Why we use data
We use data to provide your account and synchronization, fulfil orders, deliver support, protect the service, and improve the experience with your consent or another appropriate legal basis.
Retention and sharing
Account data is kept while your account is active. Transaction records may be retained for compliance, tax, and dispute purposes. We share only what is needed with Firebase, payment, delivery, email, and hosting providers.
Your choices
You can update your information and request access, correction, or account deletion. Deletion removes Firebase identity and customer data; limited transaction records may remain where legally required.
This wording must receive legal review before the redesigned service is publicly launched.
