Shoulder Instability Rehabilitation Program

Shoulder Instability Rehabilitation Program is designed to help individuals improve shoulder stability, strengthen the muscles that support the joint, and develop better movement control. Through progressive strengthening, shoulder-control exercises, and balance training, the program aims to improve confidence during arm movements and support a gradual return to daily activities and sports.
